Amen, Scott. Certainly a topic near and dear to me! I've spent the last five or so years talking to executive teams about bringing empathy into the culture. A key point is to do so within your means, in knowledge of your existing culture/context, and to be aware of the wider consequences. For example, empathy to one may be easier than to another. Why, when and how you show up with empathy can have a wider organisational impact, too. Smiles from London!
