I just participated this morning in a writing to awaken session with Mark Matusek. The topic, with targeted questions intended to wake us up to ourselves, was cultivating hope and self illumination. I love how synchronicity works that this was waiting in my inbox afterward to apply as I grab the courage to say the unsayable in what I am writing while the whole point to writing it is to get change and that change can only come about if I believe it.
