Reflection
Every one of us follows someone â a boss, a mentor, a party, a cause. The real test of that following isnât how loyal we feel when things are going well. Itâs whether we can name, in advance, the line that would make us walk away. If nothing could cross it, we havenât given that leader our loyalty â weâve given them our conscience.
