“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
— Ferris Bueller, 1986
When each of my children was born, I purchased a leather journal, where over the course of their adolescence, I would jot down little bits of wisdom that I thought would be useful to them later on.
These come in the form of thoughts, observations, and life advice from various sources that help drive home the values, virtues, and character traits that are part of being a decent human being.
Enter Sunday Journal.
This new section of Timeless & Timely will drop every Sunday (as the name implies) as a digital version of that leather journal.
Some entries may be pithy. Others may be extended and deep.
But every entry will give you something valuable to think about, bookmark, and share with those who matter to you.
These are entries designed to help develop you as a person, and perhaps to pass on advice to others who could use it.
Sunday is the perfect time — before your busy week starts — to spend a little time alone with yourself, reflecting on what matters.
Whatever stage of life you’re in, you’re a student. A lifelong learner. Curiosity drives you.
And Sunday Journal is there to help you kick off the week and see you through your journey.
This is an exclusive feature just for paid subscribers — bonus content for members of the & Guild.
The first edition drops this weekend.
If you’re already with us as a paid subscriber, great! Thank you for being with us. Maybe you can get some other people to join you (every person you refer gives you status toward a free paid membership):
