I saw a sign in a local branch office of my bank recently. It read:
Make it easy.
Be an expert.
Make their day.
That doesn’t seem too difficult, does it?
Give people something they can fill out in a few clicks. Or that they can do with the swipe of a thumb on their phone.
Know your stuff. You can do this by being knowledgeable and by making what you do look easy.
And whatever you do, don’t let this happen to you:
