I just finished a 5-year project curating all the good news in the world (and Far Side cartoons). It's all tech, medical and energy breakthroughs that I believe will save us. In dark times, I hope it shines a light.
I hope it brightens your day, week, year! Some folks bookmark it so they can come back when they need a boost ... or when a friend needs a little light.
I'll post new breakthroughs throughout the year. I'd like to do a better job connecting people to the cause. If there's a charity or donation connected, I'd like to make it known. That’ll be phase 2 of this project.

Really nice stories, Darby Jones, stories that were quite informative and made for some happiness. I read the Christian Science Monitor every day and love that while it covers necessary political and world news to know, it also takes a positive spin wherever it can. You have done the same. covering necesary news that is GOOD for us and you have a lot of it! Your coverage is fantastic!
Ty much! Phase two is covering a few of these stories regularly and connecting people to the cause. Whatever cause vibes with their worldview. There's so many to choose from. More to come in the new year :)
It took me hours to go through what you have and click on some for more depth. I was really uplifted and wish you great success in getting wide readership. I feel way better about the world recovering from our collective environmental harms.
You're the first person to say that you feel better about the world. That alone made that entire 5-yr project worth it. Bless you. Feel free to bookmark it and come back whenever you need a boost … or more likely, when someone you know needs a little light.
Scott, here's to celebrating progress :)
To pile on to your hope ...
